About Cassey Ho
I choreograph pilates to pop music, which sounds frivolous right up until you are shaking three minutes in. Everything I publish, the monthly calendars, the sculpting series, the challenges, I design, film and test on myself first. The activewear came from the same impatience: I sketch and fit every piece, because nothing on the rack worked for the way I actually move and teach.
