About Chris Chelios
A long career on the ice teaches you that the best part of the night comes after the game: a grill going, a long table, everyone still arguing about the third period. I grew up around Chicago rinks and kitchens, and food has been part of every locker room and off-season I have known. What I bring is that room — cooking, hockey talk, and nobody in a hurry to leave.
