My work has always started with a format: an idea small enough to explain in a sentence and strong enough to run for years. I build them, test them, and decide fast when they do not work. On a stage I would rather talk about that method - commissioning, casting, risk, the discipline of a strong hook - than about the past. I take a limited number of appearances and prepare each one properly.
