Oleh Skrypka
Ukrainian singer performing folk and rock repertoire up close — songs between courses, with the story behind each one.
About Oleh Skrypka
I started out playing in cellars and clubs where the audience stood close enough to sing back, and I never lost the taste for that distance. Over the years the songs pulled me toward the older material — village melodies, wedding tunes, things that belong at a table rather than a stage. What I offer now is that scale: a room, a handful of people, songs between courses, and the stories behind each one.
